Types of Dentures

Conventional Dentures

Conventional dentures are used when all of the patient's natural teeth have been lost or extracted. The dentist prepares the jawbone and then attaches the denture in place to restore your oral functionality and your facial appearance.

Immediate Dentures

Immediate dentures can be placed in your mouth on the same day your natural teeth are extracted. These dentures immediately restore the functionality of your mouth. 

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures also help replace your missing natural teeth but consist of only a few artificial teeth instead of an entire arch like full or complete dentures. Also known as removable partial dentures (RPD), they consist only of a few crowns attached to a metal framework, which is then attached with dental adhesives to existing natural teeth or implants.
